About Us

Good Alone, Great Together.

Our mission is to make games that are good alone and great together.

Good alone, great together means games that offer incredible solo gameplay experiences that are even better with friends.

This is a lesson we learned after many years of making both single player and multiplayer games. In playing games from all the genres both as a team and individually, we really gravitated towards the survival crafting genre. Survival crafting games are a lot of fun to play by yourself, but are even more fun to play together and support a wide variety of playstyles.

Our latest game, Stormforge, is a fantasy open-world survival crafting game with storms.

OUR STORY

Years of experience designing games for millions of players

Roboto Games is a small scrappy studio made up of plucky game industry vets who, despite common wisdom, cannot stop making games. With an average of 12 years of games industry experience on the team, this isn’t our first rodeo. In 2007 we founded ZipZapPlay, which we sold to PopCap games in 2011.
